To do that we found a group that was struggling to find the right site. The buyer was needing to go through a development approval to create the New Sunshine Coast Equine Hospital. Although there were some council delays the development was approved & the property settled after a 2 year process.


This property was sold on market & involved 235 calls, 455 emails, 5 meetings & 4 site inspections to get the deal done for our client.
