ABOUT US

Since its inception in 2018, we have been focused on SEQ growth areas.

In that time we have personally met with 100’s of landowners. Through extensive interactions with the owners, we have seen firsthand the factors affecting owners rights.

The ever-changing landscape of laws & regulations means that there is value in having expert advice on the side of the owners in advance of selling.

We have partaken in some of the most complicated, detailed and involved off-market transactions in the market and through this experience we have been able to affect the end result.

All our results have started with an initial obligation free call.

An environmental consultant helps organisations assess, manage, and reduce their environmental impact while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. They conduct assessments such as Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), audits, and site evaluations to identify environmental risks, such as pollution or habitat disruption. Environmental consultants also can assist with securing necessary permits and liaise with regulatory agencies.

Resumption Lawyer

A resumption lawyer specialises in legal matters related to the compulsory acquisition of land or property by government authorities for public use, such as infrastructure projects or urban development. They represent landowners or affected parties, ensuring fair compensation and protection of their rights during the resumption process. Resumption lawyers provide legal advice, negotiate settlements, and, if necessary, litigate to challenge the legality of the acquisition or seek increased compensation. Their role is crucial in navigating the complexities of property laws, ensuring that clients are treated justly throughout the process.

Valuer

A valuer, or property valuer, specialises in assessing the market value of real estate, land, and other assets. They conduct detailed inspections, analyse market data, and consider factors such as location, property condition, and current market trends to provide an accurate estimate of a property's worth. Valuers play a crucial role in various financial and legal transactions, including property sales, mortgage lending, taxation, insurance, and compensation during land acquisition. Their expert valuation reports help guide decisions for buyers, sellers, investors, and financial institutions.

Property Solicitor

A property solicitor specialises in legal matters related to buying, selling, leasing, and transferring property. They handle the conveyancing process, ensuring that all legal requirements are met during property transactions. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, checking for legal issues like title disputes or planning restrictions, and overseeing the transfer of ownership. Property solicitors also provide legal advice on issues such as property disputes, tenancy agreements, and mortgages, helping clients navigate the complexities of property law and ensuring a smooth and legally sound transaction.

Property Tax Accountant

A property tax accountant specialises in managing and optimising tax obligations related to real estate. They provide advice on tax-efficient strategies for property investments, ownership, sales, and development, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. Property tax accountants help individuals and businesses minimise their tax liabilities by identifying deductions, allowances, and exemptions, and they prepare and file property-related tax returns. Additionally, they assist in managing capital gains tax, land tax, and stamp duty, while also providing guidance during property transactions and audits to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
